Terms and Conditions for The Daisy Dog Academy;
1. Payment for classes – payment for a block of 5 consecutive weeks, non-attendance will result in a loss of that week (unless the class is cancelled by The Daisy Dog Academy in which case, we will carry the class payment forward to the end of your block)
2. Payments for classes, 121 and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Please ensure you bring lots of small soft yummy treats to class, we use positive reinforcement to help our puppies learn. A non-squeaky toy can also be used as a reward if that is your dog’s preference.
4. All dogs must be kept on lead at all times, either with use of a flat collar or harness, no choke chains, prong collars, head collars or bark collars are allowed in class
5. We ask that all clients keep their dogs under control, ensure your dog is on lead before removed from the car. Although your dog may be friendly please do not allow dogs to engage in play. We have a wide variety of dogs in class and we want everyone to feel comfortable and safe.
6. If your dog is reactive and needs space please come and speak to us prior to removing your dog from the car so we can ensure that space is provided in a responsible manner.
7. Any injury to a person or a dog is the sole responsibility of the owner.
8. Photographs and some video will be taken during class, to be used in marketing and also to be displayed on the Facebook page and/or website. The photos will be focused on the dogs but there may be images with owners in the background. If you would prefer to not be photographed, please flag at the beginning of class. There will be images available to purchase should you wish to.
9. For 121 bookings for home visits over 10 miles from the Daisy Dog Academy location mileage will be charged at £0.40p per mile.
10. For 121 bookings payment must be provided in advance to confirm a booking and there are no refunds for missed sessions. If you cancel a 121 with less than 24 hour’s notice you will unfortunately loose the session.
11. I am a qualified Man trailing Global Head Instructor, attending either the introduction workshop or continuation classes does not qualify you to work as a Man Trailing Instructor.
12. Once mantrailing has been booked it is not refundable or transferable. We may at our discretion offer a transferable date if advised at least 5 working days before the date of the event.
